Wild Blues Yonder will be headlining the Fireworks Benefit Concert in Lee Fong park in Weaverville...The event starts at 11am and goes until 6PM This concert is brought to you by Johnny's PIZZA and Zap Productions...Also starring in this show will be the band Spiderweb, John Garrett, Casey Kelly then the Third Stone band...we are looking forward to making new friends and supporting the Weaverville Chamber in getting the sky lite up for the Fourth...The Fong Lee Park is a nice family setting, so come on out and hear this concert and enjoy the wonderful town of Weaverville and check out the fine merchants downtown. They have an exceptional Museum near the venue...Fong Lee park is located off Lorenz Road which is off of Hwy 299 about 600 feet east past the junction with Hwy 3 would be the second road to the right past the intersection.......Cheers WBY

Working on our new CD but we need some gigs

The band is busy preparing for our next CD but we need a few gigs ....so let us play for you ...any occasion....check out our ads on craigslist and we'll let you know when to listen for our interview of the band on a commercial radio station from Ashland Oregon...We had our tune "High Road" played on Jefferson Public radio a while back. Moved to April WBY is going to play a swinging benefit party ..ADULT only with beer/wine at a great facility ...the Sacred Heart Parish Center located on Main street #11705 ..west side of the street near south end of town across from the Deli . Jim Roy and Larry Eaton are providing acoustic music until WBY starts around 8:30. Danclicious...Come out and support the unified school district. Those who track the California budget cuts know how much less schools now get..

Carl Schwindeman who has helped WBY so much,
decided he wanted to join the band..We have proven to him how serious we are about being the finest band..He brings tons of experience and expertise and will expand our sound...He played with David Crosby and we hope to meet him....looking for a happy new year..be sure to catch our next show...

A great send off for the Silver Spoon went down Saturday from about 3pm on... The Trance Farmers spaced everybody out
and WBY played for the final show with Carl joining in...dancers and listeners had to compete for space...Nick provided a great beef for the music folks and Jan added the cooking and her food ...she flew about taking care of so many...she needs the rest...Maybe Hawaii.
